Customer Service Associate.

Inbound Voice Process (No Sales & No target).

Freshers and experienced both can apply.

Assisting the customers by providing resolution to their problems and fulfilling the queries over the call.

Rotational shift of 9 hours and 1 rotational week-off.

Salary 13.5K to 18K CTC. 

Languages Oriya and Assamese along with Hindi, Bengali, & English (fluency required in any 2 languages).

Role & responsibilities: -Handling Customer and providing them with resolutions

Paid overtime and split shift. 

Opportunity for promotion in 9 months. 

No night shift for female employees and only morning shifts

Male employees are eligible for night shift after 3 months from date of joining until then only morning and day shifts. 

Employees needs to have basic English reading and understanding abilities and able to translate that in their regional languages.
