Customer Service Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Executives for both Voice and Chat processes. The role involves handling customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally

Respond to customer queries via chat and messages

Provide accurate information about products/services

Resolve customer issues efficiently and politely

Maintain records of customer interactions

Follow company guidelines and quality standards

Minimum qualification: 10th Pass

Basic knowledge of Hindi, English (Bengali is a plus)

Good communication skills (spoken & written)

Basic computer knowledge

Ability to handle customers patiently

Willingness to work in shifts
