Job Description

We are currently having openings in our Backend Process – 100% work from office. With fixed salary & permanent hiring.

  • Designation-  

o   Customer Support Associate (CSA).

  • Job Profile- 

o   Have to check customer’s documents. (UIDAI DQ)

  • Mandatory Criteria-

o   Any Grad

o   Fresher and experience both can apply.

o   Punjabi reading mandatory for Punjabi candidate.

o   Gujarati reading mandatory for Gujarati candidate

o   Hindi reading mandatory for Bengali and Hindi candidate.

o   English to Hindi translation also mandate.

o   Customer orientation.

o   Ready to work in Shifts.

o   No planned leave for upcoming 3 month after joining.

o   10 hour of the day, 9 hrs. work and 1 hour break

o   Shift- 9AM to 7 PM and 9 PM to 7 AM

o   No cab facility.

o   Working Days-5

o   Week Off- Rotaional
