URGENT HIRING FOR PERMANENT MORNING SHIFT - AUSTRALIAN ENERGY PROCESS (7 am - 3:30 pm). WORK FROM THE OFFICE ONLY.

Need Experienced Customer Support Associates/ Telecallers/ Telemarketers for the Australian Outbound Process. We are looking to hire a confident and energetic CSA for our outbound process.

Job criteria:

1. Candidate must have a strong grip on English communication.
2. Should be smart and comfortable handling international clients and customers.
3. Candidates ready to work in Morning Shift at office location (Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata).
4. Age must be between 18-40 years.
5. WORK FROM THE OFFICE ONLY.
6. NEED EXPERIENCED CANDIDATE FROM INTERNATIONAL BPO( AUSSIE ENERGY PROCESS PREFERRED).

Job Role:

1. Research, track, maintain and update leads.

2. Make outgoing calls to develop new business.

3. Contact prospects to qualify leads.

4. Provide accurate and timely information to management.

5. Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services to facilitate the sales process.

International voice process: 1 year (Preferred)

Outbound sales: 1 year (Preferred)
