Job Role & Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from customers/clients
Resolve customer queries efficiently
Act as a single point of contact for customers
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication
Required Skills

Good command of English & Hindi
Qualification
Minimum: 10+2 / Diploma

Other Requirements
