Location: Park Circus, Kolkata (WFO)

Morning Shift (Aligned with Australian Business Hours)
Job Type: Full-Time
Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 6 months experience in Australia process Solar Appointment Setter.
Good communication skills in English.
Comfortable with Inbound & outbound calling.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Job Description: · A Premium inbound solar consultation booking campaign catering to Australian homeowners
Make inbound calls to homeowners across Australia.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Important: This is an inbound appointment-setting process, not a hard sales campaign. The caller has already shown interest.
Maintain high call quality, compliance, and professionalism.
Working Schedule:
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Weekly Off: Fixed sunday & rotational Saturday week off as well.
Working Hours: Female 6:30am - 2:30pm
