Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

 Handle inbound/outbound customer queries related to banking services.

 Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.

 Maintain service quality and follow company guidelines and compliance.

 Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions.

 Deliver a positive customer experience during each interaction.

Eligibility Criteria:

 Education: Graduate Freshers or Undergraduates with experience.

 Experience: Minimum 6 months of BPO experience required for undergraduates. (Offer letter, Exp letter &

last 3 months pay slip or bank statement required)

 Communication Skills: Average communication skills in Hindi and English.

 Typing Skills: Basic typing speed required.

 Language Skills: Should be able to read English and translate from English to Hindi.

 Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable working in 24*7rotational shifts. (Transport Available)

Working Conditions:

 5 days working

 2 rotational week offs

Interview Round: - HR Round, Ops round & Typing

Compensation: -

UBI: - Experience (6months & above): 2,03,700 LPA: 15,208 in hand

Fresher: 1,84,300 LPA: 13744 in hand


BOB: - Experience (12 months & above): 2,03,700 LPA: 15,208 in hand

Experience (6 months & above): 1,84,300 LPA: 13,744 in hand

Fresher: 1,64,900 LPA: 12,280 in hand
