Location: Park Circus, Kolkata

Morning Shift (Aligned with Australian Business Hours)
Job Type: Full-Time
- Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 6 months experience in Australia process Solar Appointment Setter.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Comfortable with Inbound & outbound calling.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Job Description: · A Premium inbound solar consultation booking
campaign catering to Australian homeowners
- Make inbound calls to homeowners across Australia.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Important: This is an inbound appointment-setting process, not a hard sales campaign. The caller has already shown interest.
- Maintain high call quality, compliance, and professionalism.
Working Schedule
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Weekly Off: Fixed sunday & rotational Saturday week off as well.
- Working Hours: (Male employees 5:30 am– 2:00 PM) for (Female 6:30am - 2:30pm)
