Job Description
Handle incoming calls, messages, emails, or walk-in customers
Explain life insurance policy details, benefits, premium payment process
Assist customers with:
Policy status & policy documents
Premium due dates & payment issues
Policy renewal & revival
Nominee change, address change, KYC update
Claim status & claim procedure guidance
Register and resolve customer complaints within TAT
Coordinate with internal teams for escalations
Maintain proper customer records in CRM/system
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Follow company policies, IRDAI guidelines, and service standards
