Job Description

We are currently having openings in our Voice Process (L2) – 100% work from office.


With fixed salary & permanent hiring.


  • Designation-  

o  Customer Support Associate (L2).

  • Job Profile- 

o  Have to resolute customer’s query Voice Call

  • Mandatory Criteria-

o  Min HS Passed.

o  Fresher &experienced both can apply

o  Excellent verbal communication skill in English & Hindi without major MTI for Voice process

o  Customer orientation.

o  Ready to work in 24/7 Shifts

o  No planned leave for upcoming 3 month after joining

o  9 hour of the day, 8 hrs. work and 1 hour break

o  Should have a typing speed of 30WPM with 90% accuracy


  • Interview Structure-



o  HR round - General check. –

o  Typing Test

o  OPS round – General Check

o  Voice Versant (V4 and above)

o  PMAP

o  Client Round – Video Call

 

·      Payouts –

o  Salary for minimum 6months experience candidate – 220,000 LPA, 16.200 K/Month.

o  Fresher- 212,000 LPA, 15.603 K/ Month.

o  Salary for Apprentice (Complete Fresher & doesn’t have any PF account)192,100 LPA, 16,008 k/Month.

o  100% fixed salary

o  Pick up or drop for odd shifts

·      Documents Required – 

o  Education Mark sheets

o  Aadhar Card

o  Pan Card

o  Offer letter, Exp Letter & last 3 months pay slips (for experienced people only)
