Data Entry Operator

The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company data across systems and records. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with deadlines while maintaining confidentiality.

• Key ResponsibilitiesEnter, verify, and update data into company databases and spreadsheets
• Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Correct and report any errors or discrepancies
• Maintain records and documentation in an organized manner
• Retrieve data as requested for reports and audits
• Assist with scanning, filing, and document management
• Follow company data security and confidentiality policies
• Coordinate with internal teams for data clarification when needed
• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 10+2 / Graduate (preferred)
• Proven typing speed and accuracy
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email
• Good communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Preferred (Optional)Experience in data entry or admin roles
• Knowledge of database software or ERP systems
• Prior experience in a similar industry

SalaryAs per company policy / negotiable based on experience.
