Job Description
- Job Role & Responsibilities:Assist in the delivery of FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) and OTC (Over-the-Counter) products using the company goods van.
- Work in coordination with the driver to ensure timely and safe delivery of goods to customers, retailers, or distributors.
- Load and unload goods carefully to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify delivery items against invoices or delivery challans before dispatch and at the time of delivery.
- Ensure proper handling of sensitive or fragile OTC items.
- Maintain basic records of deliveries and report any discrepancies or issues.
- Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules efficiently.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of goods inside the vehicle.
- Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and hygiene standards.
- Skills & Requirements:Basic understanding of delivery processes and documentation.
- Ability to handle physical work (loading/unloading goods).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Responsible and punctual attitude.
- Prior experience in FMCG or delivery work is preferred but not mandatory.
