Job Description
- Job Responsibilities:Digital Strategy Development:
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, search engines, email marketing, etc.).
- Create comprehensive strategies to promote new product lines (such as jackets), ensuring alignment with overall brand goals.
- Content Creation and Management:
- Work closely with the content and creative teams to produce engaging content for various digital platforms, including blogs, social media, and newsletters.
- Develop high-quality SEO-driven content for the website and product pages.
- Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow social media presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and others.
- Design and execute targeted paid campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the e-commerce store.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Search Engine Marketing (SEM):
- Optimize the website and content to improve search engine rankings.
- Plan and manage paid search campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.
- Email Marketing:
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, ensuring a personalized approach that fosters customer engagement and drives conversions.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other platforms to measure the performance of campaigns and track KPIs.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports to assess ROI and propose necessary adjustments.
- Influencer Marketing & Partnerships:
- Identify and collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and brand ambassadors to promote product lines.
- Build and maintain relationships with key digital media partners.
- E-Commerce Optimization:
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to ensure an optimized customer journey, product page performance, and user experience on the website.
- Trend Analysis & Innovation:
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce.
- Propose innovative digital strategies to stay ahead in the competitive market.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing (minimum 3-5 years) with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, social media management, and content creation.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools like Shopify, Magento, etc.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts, audience segmentation, and lead generation.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in the fashion industry or lifestyle products.
- Knowledge of email marketing tools like Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
- Experience with video content creation and editing is a plus.
