Job Summary: Online Sales, E-commerce, CRM & Field Sales Coordinator


Pneumatic Power Tools & Co. (PPT) is seeking a highly organized and proactive Online Sales, E-commerce, CRM & Field Sales Coordinator to support both digital sales channels and regional field sales teams across India and the MENA region.


This role will act as a central coordination point between online platforms, CRM systems, and on-ground sales personnel, ensuring consistent lead handling, guided follow-ups, and accurate sales reporting for our industrial packaging tools business.


Key Responsibilities


Online Sales & E-commerce Promote PPT products through digital B2B and e-commerce platforms popular in India and MENA, including:


  • IndiaMART, TradeIndia, others
  • Alibaba, Global Sources
  • Company website inquiries (www.strappingtoolppt.com)


  • Manage inbound online inquiries, RFQs, and customer messages
  • Coordinate product listings, specifications, pricing inputs, and catalog updates
  • Track lead sources, response times, and conversion performance
  • CRM ManagementMaintain and update CRM records for online and field sales leads
  • Track customer interactions, quotations, demos, trials, and order closures
  • Generate weekly and monthly sales dashboards for management review
  • Ensure data accuracy and follow-up discipline across all sales channels
  • Field Sales CoordinationAct as the support and guidance point for regional sales representatives
  • Allocate leads to regional salespeople based on territory and product focus
  • Guide field sales teams on:
  • Lead prioritization and follow-up timelines
  • Product positioning and basic technical information
  • Demo scheduling and customer communication
  • Track field sales activities, travel plans, demos, and customer visits
  • Ensure timely feedback from field teams is captured in CRM


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Experience in sales coordination, inside sales, or CRM administration
  • Hands-on exposure to B2B online platforms or industrial e-commerce
  • Strong coordination and communication skills with field sales teams
  • Ability to manage multiple regions, leads, and priorities
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Comfortable working with industrial or technical products (training provided)
  • Preferred QualificationsExperience in industrial tools, packaging equipment, or machinery sales
  • Exposure to India, GCC, or MENA markets
  • Experience coordinating remote and field-based sales teams
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, email marketing, and distributor coordination
