📩 Role OverviewWe are looking for a skilled Email Marketing Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimize email campaigns focused on lead generation, client acquisition, and engagement.

This role requires both strategic thinking and execution ability—from writing high-converting emails to setting up automation workflows and analyzing campaign performance.

• 🔥 Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute email marketing campaigns for B2B and B2C audiences
• Build and manage email lists and segmentation strategies
• Write high-converting cold outreach emails, newsletters, and drip campaigns
• Set up and optimize email automation workflows (lead nurturing, follow-ups, onboarding)
• Perform A/B testing on subject lines, content, and CTAs
• Monitor key metrics: Open Rate, CTR, Conversion Rate, Deliverability
• Ensure compliance with spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR basics)
• Collaborate with SEO and sales teams for integrated campaigns
• 🎯 Requirements1–3 years of experience in Email Marketing / Lead Generation
• Strong understanding of cold email outreach and conversion psychology
• Experience with tools like Mailchimp, Brevo (Sendinblue), HubSpot, Instantly, or similar
• Ability to write highly engaging, human-like email copy
• Knowledge of email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, inbox placement) is a plus
• Basic understanding of digital marketing funnels and customer journey
