Job Title: Event Sales Manager

Job Summary:
The Event Sales Manager is responsible for generating revenue and meeting sales targets by selling event services to clients. The candidate will need to develop and execute sales strategies, build client relationships, and coordinate with other teams to ensure business.

Responsibilities:

Generate leads and identify potential clients to meet sales targets
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
Coordinate with other departments such as operations, marketing, and catering to ensure smooth execution of events
Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring all parties understand and agree to terms
Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust sales strategies as needed
Attend industry events to network and promote event spaces
Maintain a thorough understanding of the industry, market trends, and competitors
Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date sales reports and forecasts
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (preferred) in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field. Candidates persuing graduation can also apply
Minimum of 1 year of experience in event sales or related field
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Familiarity with Excel and basic computer usage
Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
