Job Description=We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support senior management by handling personal asset administration, family-related coordination, and office back-office work.

The role requires strong follow-up skills, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesPersonal & Asset AdministrationManage records, renewals, and documentation for properties, vehicles, and insurance policies
  • Track and ensure timely payments (insurance, maintenance, utilities, taxes, society charges, etc.)
  • Coordinate with vendors, agents, banks, RTO, and insurance service providers
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records
  • Personal & Family CoordinationManage reminders, schedules, and routine coordination for personal/family-related matters
  • Act as a point of contact for day-to-day administrative personal tasks
  • Ensure smooth execution of assigned personal responsibilities with discretion
  • Office & Back-Office SupportHandle office administration and internal coordination
  • Support documentation, follow-ups, and basic MIS/reporting
  • Draft emails, maintain trackers, and assist with routine operational tasks
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow
  • Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience as Executive Assistant / Admin Executive
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Good communication skills (English and local language preferred)
  • Comfortable with MS Excel, Word, Email, WhatsApp
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently
  • Preferred BackgroundExperience in family office, senior management EA, CA office, real estate, or professional services
  • Experience handling asset-related documentation and renewals
