Job Title: Fashion Consultant ( Modeling & Acting Portfolio Advisor)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Fashion Consultant who can guide and convince aspiring young talents to build professional portfolios for careers in modeling, acting, web series, and entertainment industries. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a flair for fashion and grooming, and the ability to influence and convert prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with aspiring models, actors, influencers, and creative individuals
• Educate clients on the importance of professional portfolios for career growth
• Counsel clients on styling, grooming, and presentation for shoots
• Explain portfolio packages, pricing, and benefits clearly
• Convert inquiries/leads into confirmed clients through effective persuasion
• Coordinate with photographers, stylists, and creative teams
• Stay updated with current fashion, modeling, and entertainment trends
• Maintain relationships with clients for referrals and repeat business
• Represent the brand at colleges, events, auditions, and promotional activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication and convincing skills
• Strong interest in fashion, modeling, and entertainment industry
• Confident personality with good grooming sense
• Sales-oriented mindset with target-driven approach
• Ability to understand client aspirations and guide accordingly
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, reels, portfolios)
• Prior experience in sales, fashion consulting, or talent management (preferred but not mandatory)
