Field Collection Executive

Akasa Finance Ltd is hiring Field Collection Executives for its operations in Kolkata, East Midnapur, and West Midnapur. The candidate will be responsible for on-ground loan recovery and customer follow-ups while maintaining company collection standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit customers for loan EMI collection and recovery

Handle overdue and bucket-wise collections

Build and maintain good customer relationships

Follow company policies and ethical collection practices

Coordinate with branch and reporting manager

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Graduate

Experience: 0–3 years in field collection (finance/NBFC preferred)

Freshers can also apply

Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license

Good local area knowledge of assigned locations

Basic understanding of collection processes

Skills Required:

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Target-oriented and self-motivated

Ability to work in the field

Knowledge of local language
