M/S Imperial Biotech Pvt Ltd is a Leading manufacturer in the Blood Banking Equipment industry , serving Hospitals , Blood Banks and laboratories across India.

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Identify potential customers through field visits, references, cold calling, and local market research
• Develop new business opportunities in assigned territories

2. Client Meetings & Presentations

• Visit clients regularly (retailers, distributors, or businesses)
• Present products/services and explain features, pricing, and benefits
• Conduct product demonstrations if required

3. Sales & Target Achievement

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Negotiate deals and close sales
• Upsell or cross-sell products to existing clients

4. Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints or queries
• Maintain long-term client engagement

5. Market Research & Feedback

• Monitor competitors, pricing, and market trends
• Collect customer feedback and report insights to management

6. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain daily visit reports (DVR), sales reports, and expense records
• Update CRM or sales tracking tools

7. Coordination with Internal Teams

• Work with marketing, logistics, and support teams
• Ensure timely delivery and service fulfillment

8. Territory Management

• Plan daily routes and optimize field visits
• Manage assigned geographic area efficiently

Candidates Profile

• Education- Graduate
• Experience - 6 months to 1 yrs (Experience in medical device or related industries would be an advantage)
