Field Sales Executive

The Field Sales Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and promoting pest control services to residential, commercial, and industrial clients. The role involves meeting customers, understanding their pest management needs, preparing quotations, and closing sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.

1. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

• Visit potential clients (homes, offices, industries, restaurants, etc.) to promote pest control services.
• Generate new leads through field visits, references, and digital sources.
• Follow up on inquiries received through calls, Justdial, Google, and referrals.

1. Customer Meetings & Presentations
2. 
   

• Conduct site inspections to understand pest issues.
• Explain service details, chemical safety, and treatment process to customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

1. Sales & Revenue Growth
2. 
   

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare and submit quotations and negotiate with clients.
• Coordinate with the operations team for service scheduling.

1. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain daily visit reports and client records.
• Collect payments as per company policy.
• Report market trends and competitor activities.

1. Customer Service & Follow-up
2. 
   

• Ensure customer satisfaction after service completion.
• Handle complaints or queries efficiently.
• Promote AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) renewals.
• Eligibility Criteria:Qualification: 10+2 / Graduate in any stream.
• Experience: 1–3 years of field sales experience (Pest Control / Facility Management preferred).
• Skills Required:

• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Basic knowledge of pest control services (training will be provided).
