​Job Overview : ​We are looking for a motivated Jio Fiber Engineer to handle end-to-end broadband services. You will be the face of the company on the field, ensuring customers receive high-quality internet connectivity and prompt technical support.

• ​Key Responsibilities​
• Installation & Support: Set up and maintain Jio Fiber broadband and FTTH (Fiber to the Home) services.
• ​Field Operations: Complete daily field tasks, including new installations and routine maintenance.
• ​Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues or hardware faults at the customer’s location.
• ​Customer Service: Address customer queries politely and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• ​Operational Reporting: Maintain a record of daily service visits and task completion.
• ​Requirements & Eligibility
• ​Education: 12th Pass (Candidates with an IT background/diploma will be given preference).
• ​Experience: Freshers are welcome; experience in networking or field support is a plus.
• ​Skills: Basic knowledge of networking, problem-solving mindset, and good communication skills.
• ​Assets: Must be comfortable with field travel across Dunlop, Dumdum, and Belgharia.
