Job DescriptionAirtel is hiring Field Engineers for DTH, Broadband and Fiber services. This is a field-based role involving customer visits, installation, maintenance, and resolving service-related issues at customer locations.

• ResponsibilitiesInstall and activate Airtel DTH, Broadband and Fiber services
• Handle shifting, reactivation and new customer setups
• Troubleshoot issues related to set-top boxes, routers, modems, and cabling
• Resolve customer complaints within SLA and ensure First Time Right resolution
• Perform daily field operations following safety and quality standards
• Submit Service Completion Reports (SCR) through the mobile app
• Meet daily and weekly performance KPIs
• RequirementsEducation: Diploma, B.Sc., or B.Tech preferred
• Skills: Basic networking knowledge, communication skills, problem-solving attitude
• Documents: PAN, Aadhaar, Bank Account
• Must Have:

• Two-wheeler (Bike) – Mandatory
• Valid Driving Licence – Mandatory
• Smartphone
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
