Role Summary:
Drive business growth by acquiring and managing clients, achieving sales targets, and supporting team and branch performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and manage life insurance clients
- Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
- Handle leads, client meetings & follow-ups
- Promote protection, savings, retirement & investment plans
- Support branch activities and mentor junior team members
- Ensure proper documentation & IRDAI compliance
Eligibility:
- Graduate preferred (12th pass with relevant experience considered)
- 2–5 years experience in Life Insurance / BFSI / Field Sales
- Strong communication, sales & client-handling skills
Office Timings:
🕥 10:30 AM – 5:30 PM
