Financial Consultant
Company: PNB MetLife Insurance
Location: Gariahat
Experience: 0–5 Years (Freshers can apply)
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
- Job Responsibilities:
- identify and approach prospective customers for PNB MetLife insurance products
- Understand clients’ financial goals and provide suitable insurance and protection solutions
- Explain policy features, benefits, and terms clearly to customers
- Generate new business through referrals, field work, and networking
- Ensure accurate documentation and policy issuance as per company guidelines
- Provide after-sales service, renewals, and basic claim support
- Achieve assigned sales and business targets
- Required Skills & Qualifications:Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of financial products (training will be provided)
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach
- Ability to build long-term client relationships
- Qualifications:12th Pass / Graduate (as per IRDA norms)
- IRDA training and certification support provided by PNB MetLife
