Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the clinic
- Manage the clinic's budget
- Ensure that all staff are performing their duties efficiently and effectively
- Provide guidance and support to staff
- Ensure that all costs are kept within the allocated budget
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance
- Ensure that all safety and health regulations are followed
- Maintain a positive and professional working environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 2- 5 years of experience in a managerial role
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Good understanding of the healthcare industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
