Job Overview:We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Google platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with campaign strategy, keyword research, bid management, and performance analysis to generate quality leads and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube).
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversions, CTR, and ROI.
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
• Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and creatives.
• Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking tools.
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
• Monitor industry trends and implement best practices.
• Coordinate with the creative and content team for ad copies and banners.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of PPC, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion optimization.
• Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Google Ads Certification (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in lead generation campaigns.
• Knowledge of SEO basics.
• Experience handling high-budget ad accounts.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
