Graphic Designer(junior-mid-senior)

We’re looking for a creative Graphic Designer who enjoys making eye-catching YouTube thumbnails and working with 3D visuals. If you like experimenting with designs, playing with ideas, and creating visuals that grab attention and get clicks, this role is for you. You should be comfortable with photo manipulation and have a good sense of what makes people stop scrolling and click on a video.

3. Continuously improving designs to increase click-through rates (CTR)
4. Keeping up with latest design trends and YouTube styles

Requirements

Junior:-(Basic Photoshop Knowledge including image cutting, color correction, masking)

Mid-Senior-(Very strong knowledge of Photoshop, good knowledge of Image manipulation, you tube thumbnail making knowledge) Proven experience in ad design and promotional creatives is a plus.
