Job Description
Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Hardware & Networking Technician to handle the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of microcomputers, peripheral equipment, data communication devices, and LAN/WAN networks. Experience with CCTV systems is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure computers, peripherals, and networking equipment.
- Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, LAN/WAN networks, and connectivity issues.
- Support data communication setups and end-user IT issues.
- Install and maintain CCTV systems (preferred).
- Keep records of maintenance, inventory, and technical documentation.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in IT or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of hardware, networking, and TCP/IP
- CCTV system knowledge is a plus
- Certifications like CompTIA A+/Network+ or CCNA are an added advantage.
