Head Of Accounts & ERP Process Controller

To ensure that Plast Boy LLP’s financial health is perfectly synced with its physical production. You will be responsible for the "Audit-to-Action" cycle—using ERP data to identify theft, wastage, or inefficiencies on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Governance: Handling full-cycle accounting, including GST filing, TDS, and finalization of Balance Sheets/P & L for the firm.

ERP Process Management: auditing the manufacturing module daily. You must ensure that the Bill of Materials (BOM) for every product is accurate and that consumption is recorded in real-time.

Cost & Variance Analysis: If the production of 1,000 violet lunch boxes uses more granules than the system predicted, you must investigate the "Why" (e.g., machine calibration, worker error, or theft).

Inventory Control: Lead monthly "Wall-to-Wall" stock audits. Reconcile physical warehouse counts with the ERP and Tally ledgers.

Receivables Management: Monitoring customer aging reports and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding dues.

Software: Expert in Tally Prime and Manufacturing ERPs (TranZact, Odoo, etc.). Advanced Excel skills are mandatory.
