Medical Relationship Executive (MRE)

Job Description:

We are looking for a smart and confident Medical Relationship Executive to join our team. In this role, you will visit doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals to introduce them to our app — a platform where patients can take online health advice and consultations.

Your main job will be to build strong relationships with doctors, explain how the app works, and help them register and start using it easily. You will also collect feedback from doctors to improve their experience and maintain long-term partnerships.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys meeting people, understands basic medical terms, and can communicate well with healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit doctors and clinics to introduce and onboard them to our health app.
• Explain the features, benefits, and process of using the app for online consultations.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with doctors to ensure active usage.
• Act as a bridge between the doctors and our company — collect feedback and solve minor issues.
• Work closely with the sales and technical team to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain reports of daily visits, onboarding progress, and doctor engagement.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Basic understanding of medical and healthcare terms.
• Polite and confident while talking to doctors.
• Ability to explain technology (app features) in simple terms.
• Time management and record-keeping skills.
• Willingness to travel locally for doctor visits.

Qualification:

• Any graduate (B.Sc, B.Pharm, BBA, or related field preferred).
• Experience in healthcare, pharma, or health-tech sales will be an added advantage.
