Heavy Equipment Coordinator

To manage the day-to-day operations of a set of heavy construction equipment deployed across multiple project sites. The role involves coordinating equipment dispatch, mobilisation, and commissioning at site in coordination with the mechanical/technical team, arranging and deploying operators, ensuring operators are approved by site supervisors, monitoring equipment performance, and reporting any breakdowns to the concerned mechanical department for timely resolution. The coordinator will also handle inter-site equipment transfers, maintain regular communication with site teams and operators, and manage operator-related administration including monthly room rent, conveyance allowance, overtime processing, and other operational documentation to ensure smooth functioning of equipment and workforce at project locations.
