Housekeeping Boy

Job Summary:

The Housekeeping Office Boy is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and basic support services within the office premises to ensure a neat, organized, and professional working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain office areas, cabins, meeting rooms, pantry, and washrooms
• Sweep, mop, dust, and vacuum floors and furniture
• Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors when required
• Ensure pantry and office supplies are clean and well-stocked
• Collect and dispose of garbage and waste materials properly
• Assist with office errands such as photocopying, file movement, and document delivery
• Support staff during meetings and events (arranging chairs, refreshments, etc.)
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or shortages to the supervisor
• Follow hygiene, safety, and company policies
• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professional behavior

Requirements & QualificationsMinimum education:

• Basic schooling preferred
• Prior experience in office housekeeping or similar role is an advantage
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Physically fit to perform cleaning and support duties
• Basic communication skills
• Honest, reliable, and well-mannered
