Job Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and organized Admin and Human Relations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supporting daily operations, and fostering a positive working environment through effective human relations management. This role requires a strong ability to multitask, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating an inclusive, efficient, and supportive workplace.

  • Key Responsibilities:Administrative Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth functioning.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Handle travel arrangements, expense reporting, and calendar management for executives.
  • Maintain organized records, files, and databases.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and safety guidelines.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
  • Assist in budgeting, invoicing, and financial tracking.
  • Human Relations Responsibilities:Support HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Coordinate staff training, development, and performance evaluations.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through team-building activities and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Address employee inquiries, resolve conflicts, and provide support in managing workplace concerns.
  • Maintain employee records, including attendance, performance, and benefits administration.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company guidelines.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
  • Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative and/or HR roles.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, HR management systems).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Preferred Skills:Experience in conflict resolution and mediation.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
  • Experience in event planning and coordination.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
