HR Executive

Job SummaryThe HR Executive is responsible for managing daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, and compliance. The role supports the organization in maintaining a productive workplace and ensuring smooth HR processes.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer rollout.
• Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS systems.
• Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
• Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
• Assist in performance appraisal and performance management processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
• Address employee queries and grievance handling.
• Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and HR analytics when required.
• Required QualificationsBachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.
• Knowledge of HR policies and labor laws.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
