HR Executive

Job Title: HR Executive – Healthcare (Medical & Non-Medical Hiring)

Role Overview

We are looking for a smart, proactive HR Executive who will focus mainly on recruitment of medical and non-medical staff and support basic HR operations. You will help build a strong team of doctors, nurses, technicians, admin and support staff for smooth hospital functioning.

Key Responsibilities

·        Handle end-to-end recruitment for medical staff (doctors, nurses, technicians, pharmacists, etc.)

·        Hire non-medical staff (front office, billing, HR, accounts, housekeeping, support staff, etc.)

·        Draft and post job ads on portals & social media

·        Screen CVs, schedule interviews, coordinate with HODs & Management

·        Issue offer letters, track joining, maintain candidate & employee database

·        Support attendance, documentation and basic HR coordination

Desired Candidate Profile

·        Graduate; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred

·        1–4 years of experience in recruitment (healthcare hiring is an added advantage)

·        Strong communication & people skills

·        Good in MS Excel / MS Office

·        Able to work in a fast-paced hospital environment
