Job Title: HR Generalist

Location: Kolkata

JD :

1.      Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding of new hires.

2.      Maintain and regularly update employee records and HR databases.

3.      Handle employee queries and support daily HR operations, including onboarding, attendance tracking, and end-to-end HR processes.

4.      Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.

5.      Coordinate internal training programs, workshops, and employee engagement events.

6.      Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and organizational policies.

7.      Need to do Employee relations and engagement activities, Face to face discussions, employee grievance handling

8.      Support payroll processing by preparing inputs and administering employee benefits.

9.      Conduct exit interviews and manage the offboarding process smoothly.

10.     Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with professionalism and discretion
