Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented Human Resources professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. You will play a key role in shaping a positive work culture and aligning HR strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process

Maintain employee records and ensure legal compliance

Implement HR policies and procedures

Coordinate performance appraisal and employee engagement initiatives

Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions

Oversee payroll processing in coordination with the accounts team

Conduct training sessions and support professional development

Drive HR analytics and prepare regular reports for management

Assist in employer branding and workplace culture development

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Proven experience in HR roles (recruitment, payroll, employee relations)

Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with labor laws and HR software/tools

Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA in HR or relevant certification

Experience with HRMS systems

Knowledge of compliance practices in India
