HR Executive Cum Recruiter

Role Overview:

As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operation supporting workforce management, statutory compliance, and employee relations. The role requires hands-on experience in HR processes and close coordination with management and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment.
• Handle complete employee lifecycle: onboarding, attendance, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities
• Maintain employee records, HR files, statutory registers, and HR MIS
• Support payroll processing, shift management, overtime records, and coordination with accounts
• Ensure compliance with labor laws applicable to manufacturing units (Factories Act, PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.)
• Assist in audits, inspections, and statutory filings
• Coordinate performance management and appraisal processes
• Address employee grievances and support employee relations initiatives
• Support training, safety, and engagement activities within the plant
• Liaise with external consultants, contractors, and government authorities as required
• Handle confidential employee and company information with discretion

Qualifications:

• Graduate / Post Graduate (Any discipline) with specialization in HR
• 2–4 years of HR experience in a manufacturing company is mandatory
• Strong understanding of labor laws, statutory compliance, payroll, and factory HR operations
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented approach
