We are hiring on behalf of our client for HR Executive and Executive to CEO roles.

1. HR Executive

Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment & coordination

• Manage employee records, attendance & HR operations

• Assist in HR policies, onboarding & compliance

• Support management in day-to-day HR tasks

Requirements:

• 1–3 years HR experience

• Good communication & coordination skills

• Knowledge of HRMS, Excel & basic labor processes

• Smart, quick learner and fluent in English is required

2. Executive to CEO

We are hiring a Female Executive Assistant to the CEO.

Responsibilities include managing emails, schedules meetings, travel (including international), preparing reports & presentations, MOM, maintaining confidentiality and being flexible with timings.

Required Candidate profile

1–5 years of experience as an EA, PA, or similar role

Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English (Hindi/Bengali preferred)

High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
