HR Recruiter

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for assigned job openings.

Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to candidate joining.

Coordinate with clients/hiring managers for requirement understanding.

Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability.

Ensure timely submission of quality profiles.

Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and clients.

Achieve monthly/quarterly hiring targets.

Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.

Must have at least 1 year of prior experience in recruitment.

Payment will be purely commission-based per successful closure.
