Documents Verified and scrutinized at our/clients shop for different products. After verification of document is done necessary reports are generated as per client’s requirements.

·      Contact Point Verification

·      To co-ordinate with customer for bounced cheque /Due payments.

·      To check credit files for completeness & correctness & to ensure that they meet the guidelines issued by the Bank/Organization.

·      Contact Point verification by Tele calling as will by visit.

·      To checking Negative Customer’s Database & negative area list.

·      To Co-ordinate with customers in case of non-payment.

·      To maintain collection file of delinquent customers.

·      To resolve customers query.

·      To follow up with customers for payments.

·      Processing or cheques received from customer for clearing.

·      Maintenance of Database.

·      Another unique work handled by us is query resolution of customers and providing various MIS relating to the same.
