Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Summary:

The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle — from identifying staffing needs and sourcing qualified candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires. This role ensures the company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards, social media platforms, and internal networks.
• Source and recruit candidates through databases, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
• Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications.
• Conduct initial interviews (phone, video, or in-person) to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment metrics in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Provide feedback and follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
• Assist in onboarding new employees and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Stay up to date on trends in recruitment, employment law, and HR best practices.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
