Job Summary:

M Plaza Group of Hotels & Resorts is looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Executive with prior hotel industry experience. The candidate will be responsible for identifying manpower requirements, sourcing and recruiting candidates for various hotel departments, and maintaining strong employee relations. The ideal candidate should have good industry connections with HR agents and recruitment sources within the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify staffing requirements and vacancies across hotel departments.
• Source and recruit candidates through various channels such as job portals, HR agents, references, and hospitality networks.
• Maintain and build relationships with HR recruitment agents specialized in hotel staffing.
• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with department heads.
• Manage onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and ensure a positive work environment.
• Coordinate with management for manpower planning and HR strategies.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations within the hotels.

Requirements:

• Mandatory: Prior experience in HR within the Hotel / Hospitality Industry.
• Strong network with HR agents or recruitment sources for hotel staffing.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle recruitment for multiple hotel departments (Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Kitchen, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and employee management.

Experience:

• Minimum 1 years in HR within the hotel industry.

Salary:

• As per industry standards (based on experience).
