Human Resource Intern

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. The intern will assist in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and documentation while gaining hands-on experience in HR practices within a fast-paced digital marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job postings, resume screening, interview coordination).
• Maintain and update employee records, HR trackers, and databases.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Coordinate internship programs and maintain intern performance records.
• Assist in drafting HR documents (offer letters, internship letters, warning notices, etc.)
• Support employee engagement activities and internal communications.
• Help track attendance, leaves, and performance data.
• Assist in HR compliance and policy implementation.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Basic understanding of HR functions and labor practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
• Organized, proactive, and willing to learn.
