Client Management & Business Partnering

Act as a single point of contact for assigned client companies

Understand business needs, manpower planning, and hiring requirements

Build long-term relationships with HR, Admin, and Management teams

Manpower & Recruitment Services

Manage end-to-end recruitment (skilled, unskilled, white-collar & blue-collar)

Coordinate with recruiters for sourcing, screening, and deployment

Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per client SLA

HR Advisory & Support

Guide clients on workforce planning, hiring strategy, and manpower budgeting

Support HR policies, employee engagement, and compliance-related guidance

Assist clients in onboarding and workforce management

Performance & Reporting

Track recruitment performance and manpower deployment

Prepare MIS reports, hiring status updates, and client dashboards

Ensure achievement of assigned targets and revenue goals

Compliance & Documentation

Maintain agreements, service contracts, and client documentation

Ensure statutory compliance related to manpower deployment

Coordinate with payroll and operations teams when required

Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of manpower / recruitment industry

Excellent communication & negotiation skills

Client handling and relationship management ability

Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and staffing models

Target-driven and solution-oriented mindset

Qualification & Experience:

MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification

2–5 years of experience in manpower consultancy or staffing

Experience in HRBP or client-facing HR roles preferred

Timely closure of manpower requirements

Revenue & target achievement

Compliance accuracy and documentation quality
