🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and negotiation-savvy Influencer Manager / Influencer Outreach Expert who can:

• Outreach to brands on behalf of influencers
• Hunt influencers and brands
• Run campaign execution
• Close paid brand collaborations
• Manage communication and follow-ups
• Strategically match influencers with the right brands
• Use AI tools to increase efficiency and results

This role requires strong English communication skills, negotiation ability, and deep understanding of influencer niches and brand fit.

🔥 Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Brand Outreach & Deal Closure

• Identify and outreach to relevant brands for influencer collaborations
• Draft professional pitch emails & proposals
• Follow up consistently with brands
• Negotiate rates and deliverables
• Close deals aligned with influencer value

2️⃣ Influencer-Brand Matchmaking

• Understand influencer niches (AI, tech, graphics designers, video editors etc.)
• Identify which brands best align with which creators
• Strategically position influencers for maximum deal value

3️⃣ Communication Management

• Manage end-to-end brand communication
• Coordinate campaign timelines and deliverables
• Ensure smooth execution and relationship management

4️⃣ AI & Automation Usage

• Use tools like ChatGPT and other AI platforms to:
• 
  
• Draft outreach emails
• Improve proposals
• Research brands
• Track conversations

• Stay updated with trends in the creator economy

🧠 Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in influencer marketing / talent management
• Strong negotiation & closing skills
• Excellent English (written & verbal)
• Deep understanding of influencer categories and brand positioning
• Strong follow-up discipline
• Comfortable using AI tools
• Organized and detail-oriented
