Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition

Identify and approach potential customers

Build long-term relationships through trust and service

Financial Planning & Advisory

Understand clients’ financial needs (protection, savings, retirement)

Suggest suitable LIC policies accordingly

Policy Selling

Explain benefits, features, and returns of LIC plans

Close sales and achieve business targets

Customer Service

Assist clients with policy servicing (premium payment, claims, updates)

Maintain regular follow-ups

Documentation & Compliance

Complete KYC and policy documentation properly

Follow IRDAI and LIC guidelines

Business Development

Generate leads through networking, referrals, and field work

Participate in campaigns and promotional activities

Skills Required

Good communication & interpersonal skills

Basic financial knowledge

Sales & persuasion ability

Self-motivated and target-oriented

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum: 10th or 12th pass (varies)

Age: 18 years and above

Must pass LIC pre-recruitment training & exam
