Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.

- Strong networking and interpersonal skills to build relationships and generate leads.

- Leadership abilities to manage and motivate a team towards achieving sales objectives.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
