International BPO Executive

DNP IT solutions Pvt Ltd, is Looking for Experience Customer support Profile for us Lead Generations profile.

This is a full-time on-site role for an Experience International Customer Support Associate ( Night Shift) located in the Taratala ( Webel IT Park) Kolkata Area. The International Customer Support Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and experience to our clients. The day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, managing customer accounts, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. The role also involves collaborating with the sales and training teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

 Qualifications;

• Experience in Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
• Sales skills and experience.
• Training skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work night shifts.
• Experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• 1 year of experience in International sector is compulsory

Shift Timing: Night Shift , 8PM - 5AM ( Monday to Friday)

Salary : 12,000- 25,000 ( Incentives)
